When can I expect my package to arrive?
Shipping deadlines have been extended due to COVID-19.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be shipped and to receive your tracking information. You can expect your order to arrive within 7 business days once it’s shipped. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Note: Check junk mail for shipping notifications.
How can I track my order?
For tracking on all orders, please login to your Visionary Society Account, and click the "track" link next to your order number. Please allow 5 business days for this "track" link to appear. If you're unable to get tracking information after 5 business days, please contact us.
Sizing?
Visionary Society runs in men’s sizing. Although, we do not currently have sizing charts for each item, we do encourage our customers to mirror their sizing selections after those of standard men’s clothing/sizing.
Can I return/exchange my purchase?
END OF SEASON SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
The following return policy applies to full price items:
In the instance that your order did not work out, we will accept returns/exchanges within 30 days, unless otherwise stated. To complete a return, please contact us.
Upon the receipt of an exchange, we will ship out the desired exchange item.
Upon receipt of a return, we will issue a refund. Refunds will return to an account within 3-5 business days.
I don’t live near any of the Visionary Society Pop-up locations, how can I purchase gear?
For any pop-up exclusive purchases, please contact us directly. All items are subject to availability.
I just placed an order, can I cancel/change it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or alter an order once it has been submitted, as we cannot disrupt the workflow process fulfilled by our team.
